About Me

Hi! I'm Beth.

I am a qualified, professional dance instructor, massage therapist and cheerleader for all round wellbeing.

After being in the dance industry for over 30 years, movement has always been incorporated somewhere into my career. Movement to music is an integral part to me staying well. In short, music and movement are my therapy.

I started ballet at the age of 5, which is quite late comparatively to a lot of young dancers, and shortly after I was taking tap and modern dance classes too. I fell in love with it all from the start. From stork walks and magic mirror arms, to pirouettes and split leaps, life became almost empty if I didn't have dance in it somewhere.

In 2014 I qualified as an RAD ballet teacher and have continued to teach for 10 years at Dance Fusion, delivering classes for toddlers to adults. I also have 6 years experience in teaching aerial skills which I both taught and competed in. My passion is still the same as it was when I first started dancing and you will still find me prancing around in my home with my ear buds in! As I said, music and movement are my therapy!

I am also a qualified holistic massage therapist since 2008. I work as a mobile therapist in and around Herefordshire and also venture into Gloucestershire where I am teamed up with beautiful holiday venues to give their guests a bit of a pamper.

With both of these qualifications I have covered extensive anatomy and physiology training and I continue to extend my knowledge in this field to help me with my work. During the pandemic I became more focused on helping people to explore their flexibility through teaching stretching classes and my passion for it continued to grow.

Step into 2024 (hey!) I decided now was the right time to release my brand new, personally formulated, Stretch For Wellness programme which brings the beauty of movement and music together, whilst improving your flexibility and day to day mobility.

I can't wait to share it with you!
