My Approach
I hold a strong belief that both physical and mental wellbeing and work hand in hand to create an holistic harmony. It is scientifically proven that movement plays a crucial role in enhancing mental health by boosting mood, reducing stress and improving cognitive function.

Physical activity stimulates the release of endorphins (our "happy hormones"), and seratonin. Both of these are chemicals in the brain that promote feelings of happiness and wellbeing.

We can exercise our brain too, doing things such as practicing mindfulness, gratitude and doing reframing exercises, can have a high impact on improvement of our mental health. Additionally, focusing on mentally stimulating activities such as dance and fitness classes can serve as a distraction from daily stressors, providing a form of mental relaxation and contributing to emotional resilience.
